Molly’s career started in Aerospace Engineering at MIT because she loved the thrill of building things that fly. Today, she brings that same "mission-critical" mindset to software. As a Staff SRE at Netflix, she specializes in the intersection of technical reliability and human culture. She believes that an elite engineering team isn't one that never fails. It’s a team that leverages every failure to its fullest to learn and improve. Outside of wrangling servers and incidents, you’ll find her in the arena, riding and jumping her show horses.
